It is 1916 – the middle of World War I. The Turks fight on the side of Germany against England, France and Russia.
Aaron Aaronsohn, a world-renowned scientist, recognizes the danger Turkish rule poses to the Jewish community in Palestine, and organizes a spy ring to help the British defeat the Turks.
The spy group NILI will provide critical information , but several of the group’s key members will pay the ultimate price.
